Content Producer Full Time

Job Summary

This is a video first, hands on content production role focused on creating sharp, social ready and educational content at pace.

You’ll be responsible for filming, editing and packaging product walkthroughs, training videos and short form clips that help customers and prospects clearly understand how Travtus works and why it matters.

You’ll be as comfortable behind a camera or editing short-form video as you are capturing customer soundbites, or packaging content for LinkedIn, email and sales enablement.

We are looking for someone who can independently take an idea from brief to final cut quickly and who understands how to structure content so it performs well across marketing and customer channels as well as training environments.

About the Role

Travtus is looking for a proactive and creative Content Producer who enjoys being close to the action. This role is ideal for someone who likes to make things rather than just plan them, filming, editing and quickly turning activity into high quality, structured video content.

A core part of the role is deep product immersion. You will spend time with our product, tech and marketing teams to understand how Travtus works in practice, then translate that understanding into clear, structured product walkthroughs, training videos and short form educational content.

You will also collaborate directly with customers to generate user stories that can be reused across our channels.

As part of the Marketing team, and working closely with other stakeholders, you will ensure content is practical, authentic and rooted in real customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Content Production

• Produce and edit short-form video content for customer education and prospect marketing, including product walkthroughs, training videos, explainers and short-form social clips to be disseminated via our platform, LinkedIn, email campaigns and any other relevant channels.
• Capture customer quotes, soundbites and stories (video and written) that demonstrate how the platform is used and adapt these for training, marketing and sales enablement.
• Translate product functionality and solutions into simple, engaging training assets, stories and narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Repurpose longer content into short, engaging clips optimised for digital distribution.
• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of customer-facing events, webinars and roundtables with a focus on capturing strong video content.
• Identify and nurture customer advocates and success stories
• Schedule and publish video content across key channels, primarily the Travtus platform, email and LinkedIn 
• Monitor content performance and use insights to refine hooks, formats and messaging through ongoing testing

Must-have experience

• You must provide a portfolio of video work you have personally shot and edited
• Strong video editing, digital and basic design skills including short form video, captions and simple visual assets, alongside the ability to understand a customer’s perspective — their business context, challenges and motivations — and translate that into empathetic, effective content
• Experience creating short form video for B2B channels such as LinkedIn, including product walkthroughs and training style videos
• Strong instinct for what makes content clear, engaging and useful for its audience
• Comfortable using AI tools to support research, scripting and editing workflows
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work hands on and independently in a fast paced startup environment
• You enjoy understanding how products work and turning that understanding into clear, useful video content

Nice-to-have experience

• Experience using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
• Technology or Property sector experience
• Experience supporting or marketing to US-based customers
