This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in her daily life while promoting dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing, working closely with her family and multi-disciplinary teamShe requires 2:1 support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, mobility, meal preparation, feeding, and accessing the community. You will also support her with therapy programs and activities such as physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, while building a positive and engaging relationshipThe role includes monitoring her health and wellbeing, administering medication, supporting clinical needs, and responding appropriately to any concerns. Strong communication and listening skills are essential due to her speech difficulties, and we are looking for individuals who are friendly, patient, and person-centeredWe Are Looking For Carers With Experience InAcquired Brain InjuriesComplex Care NeedsMedication AdministrationManual Handling (including hoisting)Personal Care and PEG/feeding support (if applicable)Catheter Care (suprapubic preferred)Supporting Therapy and Rehabilitation ProgramsDiabetes MonitoringPressure Care and Infection ControlAbout The ClientOur client enjoys staying active and engaged, particularly through physiotherapy, gym sessions, and hydrotherapy, which are an important part of her rehabilitation.
