This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in her daily life while promoting dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing, working closely with her family and multi-disciplinary teamShe requires 2:1 support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, mobility, meal preparation, feeding, and accessing the community. You will also support her with therapy programs and activities such as physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, while building a positive and engaging relationshipThe role includes monitoring her health and wellbeing, administering medication, supporting clinical needs, and responding appropriately to any concerns.
