Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse & Operations Assistant to join our growing food distribution business specialising in Mexican products.

This role is hands-on and essential to the day-to-day running of the warehouse. You will be responsible for preparing orders, maintaining organisation, and ensuring operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Organising and maintaining the warehouse
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting low stock
• Completing website orders in the system daily
• Checking daily deliveries and tracking shipments (DHL)
• Ensuring all orders are processed and dispatched correctly
• Maintaining packing materials and supplies
• Supporting general warehouse operations

Weekly Responsibilities

• Stock checks and inventory control
• Warehouse organisation and improvements
• Reviewing and improving product listings on the website (basic SEO tasks)

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit (some lifting required)
