We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office & Client Services Assistant to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, customer communication, recruitment support, and keeping office operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day office administration and workflow tracking
Monitoring client emails, calls, inboxes, and social media enquiries
Updating job trackers and supporting scheduling administration
Chasing job completion photos, reports, and customer follow-ups
Supporting customer aftercare and logging service issues
Posting recruitment adverts and assisting with interview coordination
Ordering office supplies and maintaining office organisation
Monitoring review platforms such as Checkatrade and TrustATrader
Escalating urgent customer or service issues when required
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail
Confident using email systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Friendly and professional approach with customers and staff
Previous administration or office experience preferred
