Commercial Gas Engineer Full Time NEW

Ashwell Maintenance looking for a commercial gas engineer. The role is full-time and permanent, covering servicing, repairs and general heating/gas work.

It’s mainly commercial systems, with the odd domestic-type appliance in public buildings.

We’re a small, long-established company based in Leicester, working mainly in schools and public sector buildings across Leicestershire.

A lot of our clients we’ve looked after for 20–30+ years, so it’s steady, ongoing work rather than jumping from job to job.

We’re not just looking to fill a position. We want someone reliable who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a solid team – one that works together, looks out for each other, and takes genuine pride in the quality of work we put out.

What We Offer:

• £50k+ depending on experience

• Overtime and a call-out rota (approximately 1 in 5)

• Van and fuel card

• Yearly bonus

• Regular team socials throughout the year

• Monday to Friday, with overtime and call-out at 1.5x & 2x

Essential Requirements:

• Commercial gas qualifications

• Domestic gas qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience

• Full UK driving licence

• Own hand tools

• Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check

Desirable:

• OFTEC

• LPG

• Catering

• F-Gas
