Role Description

This is a solely equity based, remote role for a full-time Chief Growth Officer/GTM leader as Co-founder at Kreatoors.ai. Your will be responsible for building an executing on go to market operations along with driving growth strategies, leading sales initiatives, expanding business development opportunities, and overseeing marketing and digital campaigns. The role includes analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Operations, Sales Management, and business relationship building
• Strong background in Business Development, including identifying growth opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships
• In-depth knowledge of Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies and tools, including campaign planning and execution
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or branding-focused industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with advanced education being a valuable asset
