Clinical Trial Manager Full Time

F&M Partners are partnering with a globally recognised leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research to recruit an experienced Clinical Trial Manager.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive clinical operations professional to take ownership of clinical trial delivery and contribute to the development of innovative therapies in a dynamic, high-performing environment.

Role Overview

You will manage clinical trials end-to-end, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams, investigators, and external partners to ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of clinical trials, from planning and start-up through to close-out
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop robust protocols and study procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators, study sites, and vendors
• Ensure strict compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines
• Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and drive key decisions to keep trials on track
• Mentor and develop junior team members to strengthen overall team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, or a related discipline
• Solid experience managing clinical trials (sponsor or CRO background)
• Good therapeutic area expertise
• Previous monitoring experience is an advantage
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
