Reporting to the SVP Clinical Strategy & Product, this role partners closely with clinical leadership, analytics, product, and client-facing teams to ensure clinical initiatives are effective, measurable, and aligned with client goals.This individual will translate clinical and pharmacy data into meaningful insights, support client deliverables, and contribute to continuous improvement of LucyRx’s clinical programs across commercial and government populations.Role And ResponsibilitiesAnalyze pharmacy and clinical data to evaluate performance of clinical programs, formulary strategies, and utilization management initiativesDevelop routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries to support client reviews and internal clinical discussionsPartner with Clinical Client Management to support client implementations, ongoing account management, and clinical performance reviewsAssist in monitoring clinical KPIs, outcomes, and trend drivers, including cost, utilization, adherence, and quality measuresSupport development and maintenance of clinical documentation, including program summaries, client-facing materials, and internal reference documentsCollaborate with analytics, product, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and operational feasibilityAssist in identifying opportunities for clinical optimization and program enhancements based on data insightsSupport responses to client, consultant, and internal clinical questions with timely, accurate analysisQualifications And Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; clinical, health sciences, pharmacy, public health, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, PBM, health plan, managed care, or related environmentStrong analytical skills with experience working with pharmacy, medical, or clinical datasetsProficiency in Excel and data visualization or reporting tools; experience with PBM or claims data strongly preferredAbility to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and non-clinical audiencesStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferencesExperience supporting clinical programs within a PBM or managed care organizationFamiliarity with pharmacy benefit design, formulary management, or utilization management conceptsExperience working in a client-facing or consultative support roleComfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with multiple prioritiesPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.This is a largely sedentary role; however, some standing, walking, bending, and reaching may be required.
