Learning Content Developer – Aviation Modules Full Time NEW

We are currently looking to add more Learning Content Developer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop aviation eLearning modules, assessments, and simulations

• Create interactive content using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Captivate

• Convert complex aviation topics into clear, learner-friendly digital training

• Ensure compliance with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards

• Collaborate with aviation SMEs across safety, operations, and engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Aviation, or related field

• 2–5 years of eLearning development experience

• Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise

• Experience developing aviation training content (SMS, CRM, SOPs, safety, aircraft systems)

• Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards

Bonus Skills

• Experience with aviation regulatory frameworks

• Spanish language skills are a plus/ English fluency must

• Background in simulation-based or aviation performance training

• Experience working with multiple LMS platforms
