Working hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)

The school supports learners with a broad spectrum of additional needs, including complex learning difficulties, autism, communication needs, social, emotional and mental health challenges, as well as physical disabilities. As a Classroom Support Assistant, You Will

• Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support to meet individual needs
• Encourage independence, resilience, and self-belief in learners
• Build positive, trusting relationships that enhance engagement
• Support the development of communication, social, and life skills
• Use positive and proactive behaviour strategies aligned with school practices
• Provide emotional reassurance within a safe and nurturing environment
• Assist with personal care when required, always maintaining dignity and respect
