Through a robust stakeholder feedback loop and supported by consistent processes and leadership, we take pride in delivering responsive, fair and professional service with empathy and efficiency.How You’ll Make An ImpactTo manage the claims relationship on an assigned portfolio of multi-line, multinational accounts aligned to the Client Engagement distribution teamBe an active team member in the acquisition of new business and to support the Client Directors with the servicing needs of AIG’s most strategic clients with regards to claims handling requirements.Help to ensure that AIG are seen as the most valued insurer in the major client space.Deliver claims capabilities and services to all assigned clients to assist in the retention of existing businessWork with client directors on new and cross sell opportunities to designated clients and development clients and coordinate the claims processMaintain a close relationship with Claims Department, representing claims in all external client / broker meetings and feeding back client and broker needs, changes, and requirementsWork closely with Marketing, Distribution and Profit Centre functions to understand their plans and priorities. Ensure that claims servicing and client related activities are aligned to and integrated within the overall sales strategiesCollaborate closely with all other key internal functions, including underwriting, overseas territories, Reinsurance office, marketing, communications, and profit centres to align claims relationships with broader business objectives and to integrate claims within company strategiesManage expectations and monitor customer’s satisfaction identifying trends and providing feedback to the Claims Management team and Client Engagement teamFacilitate resolution of claims issues across all lines of business in a timely mannerCreating and distributing claims bulletins/protocols across relevant countries and claims teams for designated clientsCommunicate both internally and externally significant claim trends, initiatives, organisation and structural changes and industry, regulatory and legal developmentsAssist in the development and execution of claims education and information events tailored to brokers and customers and internal business partnersMaintain Salesforce for accounts within designated portfolioManage designated projectsWhat You’ll Need To SucceedBroad claims experience with focus in the multinational risk managed space would be desirableGood relationship and stakeholder management attributesGood decision making and mediation skills and the ability to compromise in the right wayPresentation and communication skills to promote the claims service to multiple audiencesA self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and willingness to embrace and champion new ideasAbility to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities across multiple stakeholdersTo take responsibility for own personal development in line with agreed annual performance objectivesTo be willing to support colleagues and team members and devoting time to impart expertiseKnowledge and experience of developing technology solutions, both in house and commercially available “off the shelf” solutionsReady to take your career to the next level?
