• Strategic Talent Engagement: You will not be cold calling: you will conduct structured, consultative conversations with warm enquiries generated through our proven 4-step business system.
• Consultative Guidance: Guide high-level professionals through a structured decision process to assess their alignment with our leadership frameworks.
• Brand Identity Ownership: While using our successful model, you will build out your own professional presence and unique brand identity.
• Operational Execution: Manage follow-ups and candidate outcomes using our automated CRM and global online systems.

• Executive Pedigree: 7 to 15 plus years in a Senior Manager, Director, or VP capacity within HR, Operations, or Commercial Leadership.
