Our client is looking to hire an enthusiastic and customer-focused Centre Executive to join our clients team in Birmingham.
As Centre Executive, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of a busy commercial office environment, supporting a diverse range of businesses and ensuring this centre runs smoothly and professionally.
This is an exciting opportunity if you have a background in customer service, hospitality, retail management, hotel operations, or a similar client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with a wide variety of businesses / clients based within the centre.
- Oversee the daily operation of the building, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
- Support and manage on-site team members, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular building inspections and ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Assist with administrative, operational, and compliance tasks as required.
About You
- You will have experience in customer service, hospitality, hotels, retail management, leisure, or a similar service-led environment.
- Enjoys interacting with people and building long-term professional relationships.
- Has previous experience supervising or managing team members.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Has strong IT and administrative skills.
