Description
To supervise members of operational front of house (FOH) staff within the catering department in delivering excellent customer service and standards.
To ensure the effective and efficient supervision of all our retail catering areas in accordance with the Duty or Senior Manager’s brief, company policies and procedures. Assist the Managers and in procedures and site wide policies ensuring they are kept up to date with current practice and standards.
Through your best endeavours, actions and attitude implement the highest standards of customer service.
