What Does a Collector Do?

As a Collector with Regal, no two days are ever the same.

You’ll be out and about visiting pubs, clubs and venues, collecting and reconciling cash from our gaming and amusement machines, handling daily banking, and keeping our customers smiling with top-notch service.

Your role will include:

• Collecting and reconciling cash from gaming and amusement machines
• Handling daily banking and maintaining accurate records
• Building great relationships with venue staff and customers
• Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any issues
• Representing Regal professionally on every visit

This is a hands-on, trusted role where you’ll work independently while being part of a supportive and experienced team

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone who is confident, reliable, and takes pride in getting the job done right — someone people enjoy working alongside.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in cash collection or a similar field-based role
• Confidence working across different routes and locations (relief cover)
• A friendly, respectful, and approachable manner with customers
• Strong attention to detail with cash handling and reconciliation
• A positive attitude and a “get it done” mindset
• A full UK driving licence and enjoy being out on the road
