Space Dental is one of the fastest-growing premium cosmetic dental brands in the UK, and we’re looking for an experienced Call Centre Team Leader to lead from the front inside a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of ambitious sales advisors handling warm inbound enquiries generated through powerful national marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on leadership role where performance matters.
You’ll be expected to push standards higher, drive daily results, improve conversion rates, and create a culture of accountability, energy, and success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a high-energy call centre team
- Driving daily KPIs, sales targets, and conversion performance
- Monitoring calls and coaching advisors to maximise results
- Creating a culture of accountability and high standards
- Managing team performance in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Working closely with management to improve systems and processes
- Leading by example with professionalism, energy, and resilience

The Package
- £40,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £60,000–£70,000+

What We’re Looking For From You
- Proven experience leading a high-performing call centre or sales team
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs and targets
- High energy, resilient, and performance-driven mentality
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Someone who isn’t afraid to work hard and put the hours in when needed
- Organised, accountable, and commercially minded
- Experience in high-volume sales environments preferred
