This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to business growth within their territory.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeProactively identify and engage prospective customers within your territory through outbound outreach, networking and referralsMeet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges and goals, building trust through consultative conversationsUse effective, value-led sales approaches to win new business and consistently achieve performance targetsDevelop strong knowledge across Teya’s products and solutions, supported by plenty of trainingShare insights from the field to help improve our products, messaging and sales processesRepresent Teya as a credible, professional and values-led ambassador within your territoryBuild long-term customer relationships by identifying relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesContribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture that values learning and continuous improvementYour StoryThis role is about more than closing deals.
