Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in East Kilbride for a B2B Sales Agent. The responsibilities of the role include building relationships with prospective and existing business clients, understanding their needs, identifying tailored communication solutions, and driving sales growth. The role also includes providing outstanding customer service and addressing customer inquiries, as well as collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proven Sales and negotiation skills to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on delivering excellent experiences
• Experience in Training and development or the ability to adapt quickly to evolving product knowledge
• Familiarity with Insurance or other business services is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
