With a total package of up to £57,172 including bonuses and benefits, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in social care.Reporting to the Team Manager, you will support team operations to support Sutton residents with Learning disabilities. You will provide ongoing supervision to a small group of social care staff. Both registered social workers and unregistered but experienced staff You will maintain exceptional standards of casework through your line management responsibility and offer guidance whilst engaging with the expertise of the Team Manager for support on the most complex cases. You will support the development of the team by your inclusion in recruitment processes, retention, and workload allocation You will contribute to ensuring that commissioned services are cost-effective and, where appropriate, participate in the co-production of service improvements with service users and family carers. You will hold the lead responsibility for managing the duty function within the team. However duty management will also be shared with the other two ATMs on a rota basis. On a rota basis you will take on the role of safeguarding manager for statutory safeguarding enquiries, ATMs also oversee some specific complex casework and may hold direct responsibility for cases within their expertise.
