Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Maintenance Manager (Cluster) based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The individual will oversee and assist with equipment maintenance, organize and execute preventative maintenance programs, and manage daily operational maintenance tasks. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, coordinating repair schedules across multiple sites, and maintaining operational efficiency across the cluster properties.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills with experience in leading teams and coordinating maintenance operations effectively.
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of facility systems and equipment.
• Strong experience in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair to oversee day-to-day operations and address technical issues swiftly.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance across all properties.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to oversee multi-property maintenance operations.
• Technical certifications or a relevant degree in engineering, facilities management, or related fields is an advantage.
• Previous experience in hospitality or multi-site operations is highly desirable.
