About The Role
Join Ipsos’ Consolidation & Reporting team as an Assistant Reporting Analyst and help drive timely, accurate consolidated reporting to our Paris head office. You’ll play a core part in the month‑end cycle—preparing weekly and monthly reports, inputting financials into our consolidation software, and producing variance analysis that explains performance drivers to senior stakeholders. You’ll monitor financial KPIs, support compliance across business units, and provide financial training and ad‑hoc analytical support to non‑finance colleagues. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with clear opportunities to improve and automate processes using Power BI, advanced Excel and AI tools. Expect close working relationships with Finance Business Partners and senior leadership, exposure to group reporting practices across markets, and a supportive culture committed to continuous improvement and learning.
