Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced artificial intelligence models and systems that solve complex business problems and enhance our AI Coach services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, along with experience in programming and software development.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, frontend and backend engineers, product managers to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to address various business challenges.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to prepare and analyse large datasets for training AI systems.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and robustness in production environments.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG services.
• Conduct research to stay current with latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Deploy AI solutions into production, monitor their performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define AI project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems, including design specifications and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation to ensure quality and reliability of AI applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud and Azure Foundry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
