Appointment Setter – Remote Full Time NEW

Top Homecare is looking for a confident appointment setter to help book free strategy calls with UK homecare agencies.

This is a remote, self employed, commission based role with flexible hours and an immediate start available for the right person.

The role involves contacting homecare agencies, asking a short qualifying question, and booking suitable agencies into a free 20 minute strategy call with one of our senior consultants.

You will be provided with a call script, basic guidance, and a clear booking process.

This role may suit someone with experience in appointment setting, telesales, recruitment, care sector outreach, customer service, or business development.

Responsibilities include:

Contacting UK homecare agencies by phone
Identifying whether they are open to taking on more private care clients
Booking suitable agencies into a free strategy call
Recording booked appointments accurately
Communicating clearly with the Top Homecare team

Requirements:

Confident phone manner
Clear communication skills
Reliable and organised
Able to work independently
Comfortable with a commission based structure

Pay:

This is a commission based role. Commission is paid for eligible appointments that attend their booked call. Further details will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.
