We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Allotment Officer to help shape and support Birmingham’s allotment service.
About The Role
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll play a key part in managing the allocation and letting of allotment plots, ensuring a smooth and efficient application process for residents. You’ll support the ongoing development and improvement of the allotment service, helping to create a well-managed, accessible, and responsive offer across the city.
Working closely with allotment associations and plot holders, you’ll build positive relationships, provide support, and help resolve queries. You’ll also undertake site visits where required, gaining a real insight into how our allotments are used and how they can continue to flourish.
