About the Role
The AI Training & Apprenticeships Manager, based in Northampton, will lead and develop a growing delivery function for AI Apprenticeships and short courses. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary between £45,000 and £60,000, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, bank holidays, and remote flexible working. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert in AI, apprenticeships, and funded training, managing a small team of Trainers and Skills Coaches. Key responsibilities include shaping high-quality learning experiences, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and driving performance across the function.
