Role Overview
We are hiring an AI/ML Researcher to advance the frontier of how our models work. The role combines scientific rigor with engineering pragmatism — running experiments, publishing findings, and shaping the research agenda.
Key Responsibilities
– Design and run experiments that advance model capabilities or alignment
– Implement, train, and evaluate novel architectures and methods
– Develop benchmarks and evaluation frameworks
– Document findings clearly through internal write-ups, papers, or presentations
– Collaborate with engineering on transitioning research into production
– Contribute to the broader research roadmap
Required Skills and Qualifications
– PhD in CS, ML, or related field, or equivalent industry research experience
– Deep expertise in modern deep learning, including transformers and large-scale training
– Strong PyTorch (or equivalent) skills
– Track record of publications, open-source work, or shipped research projects
– Excellent written communication, including paper-quality technical writing
– Curiosity and willingness to dig into hard, ambiguous problems
