Are you looking for consistent work in care, where you can choose your regular shift pattern with minimal travel?At HFH Healthcare we meet the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults & children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, our enhanced level of specialist clinical support, enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex.We deliver care 24-hour a day, 365 days a year.Job Description:We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day or night shifts, including weekends, within the London area.A typical working pattern may be 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off however working patterns can change dependent on Clients needs.What HFH offers:Daily pay rates up to £134.48*, weekly pay up to £941.36*.Typically, our live-in clients have clinical needs that require approx. 11hrs support throughout the day.Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, for a live-in carer wishing to work a 2-weeks on, 2-weeks off pattern (which equates to 26 weeks a year), earns up to £24,475.36* per annum.We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax.
