About the role:
TikTok is looking for an agency partnerships lead who will be responsible for building long-term strategic partnerships across their agency book of business, cementing TikTok as a core, full-funnel partner as we enter our next phase of growth. In this role, you will develop scalable programs, strategic initiatives and education frameworks that enable agencies to successfully activate and scale their client portfolios on TikTok. Working in close partnership with your team of Agency Partnership Managers, you will identify new opportunities and design initiatives that accelerate product adoption and drive investment across your patch.
Core Responsibilities:
– Meet and exceed revenue and product targets, monitoring pipeline and forecast accuracy along the way.
– Partner with the agency solutions lead to implement a sales strategy to deliver sustained revenue growth.
– Scale adoption of full-funnel TikTok solutions, with a focus on designing performance and measurement programmes that drive business outcomes.
– Develop and inspire a team of agency partnership managers to support a high-performance culture. You will foster an inclusive, diverse environment that aligns with our core values.
– Collaborate with several cross-functional partners, including trading, vertical sales, product and marketing teams, to remove friction and convert key initiatives.
– Establish and nurture market-leading relationships with C-suite agency stakeholders, securing and delivering long-term joint business plans.
– Support agencies in developing new revenue streams through our ecosystem partnerships, including TikTok Shop and creator-led services.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
– Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or roles involving agency-facing strategy and consulting, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong consultative sales and/or marketing skills, with a deep understanding of the agency landscape.
– Proven ability to develop strategic initiatives that drive adoption across a broad client base.
– Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales or partnership teams.
– Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications:
– An understanding of how data signals impact performance marketing, with experience leveraging measurement models to demonstrate business results.
– Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns and prioritise growth opportunities across complex portfolios.
– Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful and self-driven, comfortable leading projects from start to finish that generate incremental growth.
– Existing relationships across major UK agencies.
– Ability to recruit and retain top talent.
