Benefit from 1:1 mentoring to help you grow into a fully-fledged Adroit Installer.What You Will Do At WorkLearn from experienced professionals on the jobWork in clients homes (typically a new client each week) across the Aylesbury ValeDevelop hands-on skills in bathroom installationDeliver high-quality work and excellent customer serviceTraining: Property Maintenance Operative (Level 2) with Abingdon & Witney College (Bicester Campus). Block release – full week at college. Duration: 1 year 6 months. Start date: Thursday 1 October 2026. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm (40 hours per week).
