**Your Impact & Responsibilities**

• Proactively manage and optimize complex calendars, resolving conflicts, accommodating global time zones, and ensuring efficient use of executive time.
• Coordinate comprehensive end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa and passport requirements, and provide dedicated on-call support during travel.
• Handle financial administration, including timely expense report completion, invoice processing, and purchase order management.
• Prepare and facilitate successful meetings by arranging rooms, equipment, materials, and agendas, while also assisting with professional note-taking and tracking action items.
• Plan and execute engaging internal and external programs, from small gatherings to medium-scale events, contributing to a vibrant organizational culture.
• Manage office space needs, assess requirements, advocate for improvements, and coordinate with facilities teams for moves and resource allocation.

**Qualifications**

• Administrative experience, encompassing areas such as travel coordination, expense management, calendar management, and facilities support.
• Experience gained within a technology-driven or multinational corporate environment.
• Fluency in English is required for effective communication in a global setting.
