Assistant Human Resources and Administration Officer Full Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Human Resources and Administration Officer to join our regional team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support across all HR & Administration functions to ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to deliver quality HR service to our staff across the full Human Resources life cycle and provide general office administration support
• Engage in organizing and coordinating various culture and engagement programmes.
• Maintain and update HR databases and documentation in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support HR process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Compile HR data to produce reports and workforce insights for management review.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as directed by supervisor.
• Perform regular or ad‑hoc travel to PRC offices to support HR operations and alignment when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant HR and/or administrative experience.
• Basic knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related labour regulations （Exposure to PRC labor practices is a plus）.
• Detail-oriented with strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proactive, well-organized, and equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel to the PRC on a regular or ad‑hoc basis.
