Administration Executive (Customer Focused) Full Time

📄 The Role

This is not a typical admin role—you’ll take full ownership of customer deals from order through to delivery, becoming a key part of how the business operates.

You’ll act as the main point of contact for customers during this stage, keeping them informed, reassured, and looked after throughout the process.

At the same time, you’ll support the sales team by taking responsibility for the operational side of deals—allowing them to focus on generating new business.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and takes pride in doing things properly.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and progress vehicle leasing deals from order through to delivery
• Check and process finance and contract documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Work closely with sales teams, funders, dealers, and suppliers to keep deals moving efficiently
• Keep customers regularly updated and deliver a high level of service throughout
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and manage logistics
• Submit documentation to funders to enable vehicle release
• Raise and track invoices accurately
• Act as a central point of contact for deal-related queries
• Maintain organised systems and accurate records
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to processes

👤 About You

You are:

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Professional and confident when dealing with customers and suppliers
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and able to manage your own workload
• A team player who contributes positively to the workplace

You also:

• Are confident using CRM systems, Excel, and online platforms
• Can manage multiple systems and tasks at once
• Learn new systems quickly and adapt to new processes
• Look for ways to improve efficiency—not just follow a process

🏆 Experience

• Experience in vehicle leasing, motor trade, or finance admin is preferred
• Strong admin and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment will also be considered
