Accounts Receivable Specialist Full Time NEW

London | 6-Month Temp to Perm | £200–£250/day (Inside IR35)

We’re hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller to join a leading interior design business.

This is a hands-on role in a small finance team, managing the full AR cycle in a project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts receivable and credit control
• Raise invoices (including stage/project billing)
• Chase outstanding debt and manage client relationships
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support cash flow reporting and debtor tracking
• Work with internal teams on billing milestones
• Apply CIS deductions where required

Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ AR / Credit Control experience
• Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based businesses
• Strong understanding of WIP, staged invoicing, and CIS
• Confident communicator with good Excel skills
