Sales Executive (B2B, International) Full Time

Location: Hybrid. You will need to be able commute to Linlithgow ~2 days per week.

Travel: Some international travel as required for conferences.

Salary & benefits: Competitive. OTE / Commission available.

Experience: At least Ideally ~2 years in sales. Strong graduates with meaningful sales exposure will be considered.

The role

This is a B2B, international sales role combining distributor management and large end-user sales. You will work a strong inbound pipeline while also being proactive in spotting opportunities and creating your own leads. You will develop sector knowledge and represent a genuinely differentiated, world-class product globally.

What you’ll do

• Own the sales cycle from initial enquiry to close
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors in selected markets
• Develop opportunities with large end users across priority sectors
• Handle a mostly inbound lead flow, while proactively generating new pipeline
• Run discovery calls to understand customer context, requirements, and timelines
• Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates and activity tracking in Hubspot
• Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Feed market intelligence back to leadership: competitor signals, pricing themes, sector opportunities

What we’re looking for

Must-have

• Around 2 years experience in a sales role, or a graduate with sales exposure
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging external stakeholders
• Self-starter mindset: consistent follow-up, good judgement, and proactive opportunity creation
• Comfort with consultative selling and multi-step buying processes
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commute to Linlithgow ~2 days per week

Nice-to-have

• Experience in any of the sectors above, or technical/B2B solution selling
• Distributor/channel sales exposure
• CRM experience
• Additional languages (a plus)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive (B2B, International) based in Linlithgow, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving international B2B sales, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with customers. The role includes developing and implementing international sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. The position requires regular communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

• Expertise in International Sales and International Business to drive global market success
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration across diverse cultures
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with water safety, testing solutions, or environmental monitoring is an advantage
