Benefits Account Director – Global Benefits Management – London or BristolMercer is seeking a Global Benefits Management (GBM) Account Director who will be responsible for managing the GBM relationship with our largest strategic and most complex accounts outbound from UK/ Europe. You will focus on client retention and satisfaction, bringing new ideas, innovative thinking and regular points of view in the GBM arena to our clients as well as ensuring we are operationally effective.We will count on you to:The Account Director will be a point of escalation for any GBM account issues, lead and scope global review meetings and take the lead on any rebid situations. Where applicable you will also ensure alignment and oversight of the delivery of our technology solution, Darwin.
