About The Role

We are seeking a 12‑month maternity cover to join our Finance team, reporting to the AP Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, proactive team player with solid experience and understanding of the Accounts Payable function.

As an AP Coordinator you will

• Controlling Accounts Payable for Non-stock suppliers globally across UK, EMEA, APAC and US
• Daily processing of non-stock invoices to NetSuite ensuring 3-way match is in place
• Daily monitoring of country inboxes and responding to internal and external emails timely
• Running bi-weekly payment runs ensuring and loading into our banking system
• Controlling new supplier set up process globally, ensuring all documentation is sufficient
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice queries timely and escalate where necessary
• Complete supplier statement reconciliations on a timely basis
• Complete bank statement reconciliations
• Complete month end activities including accruals
• Support the AP Supervisors with any ad hoc requests

Who You Will Work With

About You

• Sufficient experience in a finance role, preferably Accounts Payable
• Experience using NetSuite is highly beneficial
• Ability to adapt to fast paced environment
• Attention to detail essential
• Intermediate excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Sum If)
