With a dedicated team of robotics engineers and field technicians operating nationwide, we are seeking a technically minded Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end logistics of our robotic fleet scheduling and field service operations.
The Role
You will act as the operational hub for our robotics service team, ensuring the efficient coordination of field deployments, preventative maintenance scheduling, and service call management. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across our service management platforms, supporting SLA compliance, and ensuring robotic units are technically prepared for deployment. Actively monitoring and having a proactive approach to resolve issues before they arise.
This role suits a detail-oriented individual with strong logistical awareness, a solid understanding of UK geography for route optimisation, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced technical environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound technical service requests via phone and email, triaging and allocating to the appropriate engineering resource
- Plan and optimise engineer workflows and field routes to maximise operational efficiency
- Conduct pre-deployment technical inspections on robotic units to ensure operational readiness prior to dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory control of spare parts and consumables within the service department, recorded via our service management software platforms
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across all service management software
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, parts, warehouse, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients, proactively managing expectations and escalations
- Support procurement of spare parts and consumable components
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in a field service coordination, logistics, or engineering support environment
- Experience with service management or ERP software systems, familiarity with platforms such as Protean or similar is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Ability to perform hands-on pre-delivery equipment inspections and basic technical assessments
- Strong analytical and data management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in route planning and UK geographical logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal stakeholder engagement
- Proactive and solutions-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
