Salary: A GBP 25k + Commission
Job Type: Full:time (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and occasional Saturdays)

The Role
Looking for a motivated and driven Lettings and Sales Negotiator to join the team in a full 360 role. This is a varied and hands:on position where you will be involved in every stage of the lettings and sales process, from instruction through to completion and ongoing property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Generate new business and win instructions
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties
- Carry out property inspections
- Handle tenant applications, referencing, and move:ins
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
- Progress sales and lettings through to completion
- Deal with maintenance issues and coordinate contractors
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation
- Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver high service standards
About You
- Previous experience in lettings, sales, or property management
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Proactive and be self:motivated
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Knowledge of current lettings legislation is an advantage
