Job Description:

• Supporting several lawyers including one partner.
• Assistance organising meetings for the London office including preparing supporting documentation and keeping contacts up to date.
• Expense management.
• Overseeing the smooth running of the London office.
• Organisation of trips for the lawyers: booking flights and accommodation.
• Invoicing including e-billing platforms.
• Registration of new legal matters in the internal system, conflict checks and identification of clients.
• Assistance with the organisation of events held by the London office.
• Dealing with the Head Office in Spain regarding various management issues.

The Skills Needed For This Job Are

• High level of English.
• High level of Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good use of Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM.
• Sociable, discrete, responsible and very organised.
• Motivated, customer focused and a quick learner.
• Team player, flexible and efficient.

WORK TIMETABLE: (8:00-17:00 / 9:30 – 18:00) Flexible working conditions.
