We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager – Energy Products & Quoting in United Kingdom.In this high-impact product leadership role, you will shape how energy products are defined, priced, and delivered within a next-generation cloud-native energy platform. You will own the strategy and roadmap for product modelling and quoting capabilities that sit at the heart of the customer journey. Working in a rapidly evolving and highly regulated energy market, you will help enable new pricing models such as dynamic tariffs, time-of-use structures, and bundled offerings. You will also play a pivotal role in embedding AI-driven capabilities into product configuration and pricing workflows. Collaborating with engineering, commercial, and customer-facing teams, you will influence both product direction and go-to-market success. This is a fully remote UK-based role offering the opportunity to directly shape the future of energy retail at scale.AccountabilitiesOwn and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Energy Products & Quoting, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and international expansion goals.Lead the evolution of product modelling and quoting capabilities to support modern energy offerings, including dynamic tariffs, multi-rate structures, export billing, and bundled propositions.Champion the integration of AI across product workflows, enabling intelligent configuration, pricing optimisation, and enhanced catalogue management.Drive international scalability by ensuring product structures can be localised and adapted to multiple regulatory and market environments without bespoke development.Use data, customer insight, and market intelligence to validate strategy, challenge assumptions, and guide prioritisation decisions.Contribute to commercial analysis and business cases, supporting make vs buy and investment decisions based on measurable value.Mentor and coach product managers while contributing to broader product capability development across the organisation.Engage with senior stakeholders and customers to align on product direction and manage expectations across the lifecycle.RequirementsExtensive experience in product management, ideally within CPQ, product catalogue, pricing, or quoting platforms.Strong background in complex, configurable product environments such as energy, telecoms, insurance, or financial services.Proven experience defining product strategy across multiple markets or geographies, including localisation in regulated industries.Deep understanding of CPQ principles including pricing rules, eligibility logic, bundling, product modelling, and quote lifecycle management.Demonstrated ability to use data, experimentation, and AI-driven insights to inform product decisions.Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and engaging directly with customers.Experience mentoring or coaching product teams and contributing to product practice maturity.Comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, data models, and pricing engines.Nice to have: experience in the energy or utilities sector.Nice to have: exposure to external industry forums or customer advisory groups.Benefits25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Option to buy or sell up to 5 additional holiday days per year.Private healthcare via Vitality Health Insurance, including GP access, mental health support, and wellbeing perks.Discounted gym memberships with major providers.Pension scheme with 5% employer matched contribution.Fully remote-first working model with optional access to offices in London and Nottingham.2 paid volunteering days per year.Regular team and company-wide events fostering collaboration and culture.How Jobgether WorksWe use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role’s core requirements.
