Role Description

As an Internal Sales Executive (B2B) at Vibe Centre Ltd, you will play a key role in driving revenue by building and managing strong relationships with business clients across the UK.

This is a hybrid role, combining office-based sales in Bolton with the opportunity to travel nationwide to meet customers and close deals.

Working directly with the Managing Director in a small, dynamic team, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive lead generation and outreach
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients
• Prepare and deliver high-quality quotations tailored to customer needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
• Travel across the UK to meet clients and strengthen partnerships
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in sales (B2B preferred)
• Proven experience in inside sales and quotation generation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Experience in lead generation and business development
• Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused approach
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software (e.g. managing pipelines, tracking activity, updating client records)
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
• Familiarity with the mobile accessories or tech industry is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
