Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Dietitian role based in Brimscombe. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based nutritional care to patients. Key responsibilities include providing nutritional counseling, developing dietary plans for weight management and medical conditions, and conducting Medical Nutrition Therapy. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support patient health and wellbeing, emphasizing tailored dietary solutions. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Dietetics and NutritionExpertise in Nutritional Counseling and client engagementProficiency in Medical Nutrition Therapy and developing tailored dietary plansExperience in Weight Management and evidence-based nutritional strategiesRelevant degree qualification in Dietetics or Nutrition, with accreditation as a Registered DietitianStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare teamsCommitment to patient-centered care and promoting health improvement initiativesExperience in working within a healthcare or community services setting is a plus
