This is a high-impact senior contributor role where you will be responsible for designing and delivering world-class enablement programmes, embedding best-in-class sales frameworks, and ensuring our sales teams have the skills, tools, and content to perform at their best.You will bring deep expertise in sales methodology, curriculum design, and enablement platform management, and use this to drive alignment across Revenue, Product, and Operations teams globally.The role, what you’ll do:Design and deliver a comprehensive sales training curriculum covering foundational selling skills, deal management, negotiation, and buyer engagement, applicable across all roles and experience levels globallyBuild and continuously optimise structured onboarding training that equips new hires to reach productivity benchmarks fasterSupport the implementation and global adoption of a sales methodology framework, embedding it into how reps qualify, progress, and close dealsAct as a key business-side owner of the sales enablement platform, driving adoption, governance, content architecture, and continuous improvementCreate and maintain sales playbooks, process guides, qualification frameworks, and objection-handling documentation as living, version-controlled assetsBuild and maintain a structured process for aligning enablement activity with Dext’s product release calendar, ensuring the sales team is trained and ready ahead of every launchExecute the global sales content strategy, working with the PSE team and regional stakeholders to create and maintain a high-quality library of commercially relevant collateralDesign and maintain a global skills and competency matrix, conducting regular assessments to identify gaps and translate findings into targeted coaching and training interventionsEstablish clear metrics and reporting cadences for all enablement programmes, providing transparent visibility of training completion, skills uplift, and downstream sales impactSupport change management planning for major enablement initiatives, ensuring structured communication, stakeholder buy-in, and adoption plans are in place before programmes go liveRegularly spend time in the field with managers and reps to understand their genuine needs and build enablement that directly addresses themAbout you, what we are looking for:Experience in a Sales Enablement function in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment Expertise in sales methodology and the practical ability to embed structured selling approaches across a global salesforceBackground in adult learning principles, curriculum design, and training deliveryExperience owning a sales enablement platform as a business-side admin and product ownerOrganised and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset, comfortable using data to measure impact and drive continuous improvementConfident communicator who can champion enablement culture and influence at a senior levelCollaborative, curious, and commercially minded, with a drive to share knowledge and bring others alongExperience in Fintech or the Accounting ecosystem would be a plus!What you will be part of:Dext is a highly ambitious, innovative, and market-leading FinTech.
