Were recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading Social Housing Maintenance contractor in the North West.Focusing carrying out a planned works schedule upgared including fabric, fire alarm upgades, kitchens and bathroom upgrades and fire protection.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a busy, high:performing contract:leading teams, driving service delivery, and making a real impact throughout the North West.
The Role
- Lead delivery of a customer:focused repairs and maintenance service
- Manage in:house teams and subcontractors
- Drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all operational and CDM regulations
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Coach and develop your team
About You
- Proven experience in repairs and maintenance (social housing or FM preferred)
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organisational ability
- Experience managing performance and KPIs
- Knowledge of CDM / Principal Contractor responsibilities
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS Card
- HNC/HND in Construction or equivelant.
