You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments, driving service excellence, and supporting commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Act as Duty Manager, overseeing daily hotel operations across departments
• Support senior management in driving sales and profitability
• Ensure all departments operate efficiently and within staffing budgets
• Assist with peak service periods across the hotel as needed
• Support compliance with health, fire, and food safety standards
• Represent the business professionally at all times

Candidate Profile

Essential:

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a customer-facing environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act quickly and effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience in hospitality or hotel environments
