Role Description
We are looking for someone to join our team to be front of house at our main clinic based in Long Eaton.
This is a receptionist and administrator position, with the responsibility of coordinating client management.
The role is 20 hours per week (or job share)
Flexible hours but currently afternoons / evenings required (Monday to Friday) and potential to do Saturday mornings.
Remunerated at £13.45 p/h
Performance related reviews annually.
The role requires the management of day-to-day office operations including, scheduling appointments, maintaining the confidentiality of handling client records, processing billing and insurance claims, and ensuring smooth communication between the team and our clients.
