The Transport Gatehouse Clerk position in Derby offers a full-time role with a 60-hour working week, paying £13 to £13.50 per hour. This role involves administrative duties at a busy traffic gatehouse for a leading logistics company, accessible from Alvaston, Long Eaton, Castle Donington, and most of Derby. Responsibilities include checking vehicle shipment documentation, cross-referencing order codes, providing customer service at the gatehouse window, and supporting basic data entry on internal Transport Management Software. The role also entails answering low-level inbound telephone queries and guiding drivers to appropriate parking bays.
