This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is caring, patient, and committed to supporting pupils with a range of complex needs.The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team, providing personal care and daily support to pupils, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and feel comfortable and supported throughout the school day.The Role Will IncludeProviding personal care support to pupils where requiredSupporting pupils with their individual needs and routinesWorking closely with teachers and support staffEncouraging independence and confidenceCreating a safe, positive, and nurturing environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will HavePrevious experience working within an SEN, care, or support settingA caring and compassionate approachConfidence supporting children with personal care needsThe ability to work as part of a wider teamA patient and positive attitudeThis role is subject to an Enhanced DBS (child and adult workforce), satisfactory references, and full compliance with KCSIE 2025 guidance and safer recruitment standards.
