You’ll work across email, events, and cross-functional initiatives to deliver campaigns that are timely, well-executed, and measurable.If you thrive on variety, enjoy bringing structure to moving pieces, and want to build both technical and strategic marketing skills, this role is for you.What You’ll DoCRM Campaign ExecutionBuild, QA, and deploy email campaigns in Braze and Mailchimp Create campaign assets and manage audience segmentation Ensure accuracy and performance through QA and testing (content, links, personalization, send strategy) Event Marketing & CoordinationManage event communications (invites, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups) Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners Support event execution, including on-site when needed Track attendee engagement and support post-event follow-upProject CoordinationManage campaign workflows from intake through deployment Coordinate with copy, design, and stakeholders to gather assets and approvals Keep projects on track by managing timelines and prioritiesReporting & InsightsTrack and report on campaign performance (opens, clicks, engagement) Document insights and apply learnings to improve future campaignsGeneral Marketing SupportSupport ad hoc CRM and event initiatives Help improve processes, templates, and ways of working Contribute to ongoing testing and optimization efforts Support additional initiatives that help the team deliver on key marketing prioritiesWhat You Bring1–3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or event coordination Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp, or similar) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Clear communication and ability to work across teams Interest in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and event marketingNice to HaveExperience supporting B2B marketing initiatives Familiarity with reporting or marketing analytics tools Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable)Why This Role MattersThis role helps bring our marketing to life.By executing CRM campaigns and event communications with precision, you’ll help operators take action—adopting new tools, improving their listings, and driving more bookings.
