The successful candidate will have proven secretarial and administrative experience, with excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. You must be a competent audio typist with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with medical terminology and NHS systems and processes would be an advantage; Knowledge of NHS waiting times is desirable.
You should be a flexible and reliable individual, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is essential.
